Shipping Policy

All UK orders are sent via 2nd class service. All international orders use Royal mail international standard, we pride ourselves on getting you the cheapest shipping price possible. This service is not tracked.

There are currently some delays in shipping time due to COVID so please be patient, the items will turn up, we can't predict the shipping times and is out of our control. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We don't currently except returns as items are personalised. Please double check spelling on the orders as balls will be printed as seen.

If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right!

If you have made a mistake on the order please contact us as soon as possible so we can help rectify it. 

FAQs

Where is my order?

- Please note that shipping to Europe is getting delayed due to brexit and COVID. Please be patient it can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. This is out of our control.

It didn't arrive with writing on the tube

- unless clearly stated in order that you would like tube personalisation, tube will come with just our logo on it.

- Please wait until 3 weeks have passed before messaging about the order as it can take up to this time for delivery, sometimes more outside of the UK.

- once the order has been posted, we accept /no responsibility for late or lost parcels as its completely out of our hands.

- If it has been over 7 weeks since its been dispatched and not delivered, we can offer a replacement or refund on money spend on the items. Shipping money is non refundable.

- Please be kind and understanding, we want you to receive our awesome product but sometimes things don't always go to plan, but we will always work with you so you have the best experience possible!
